As an amendment to motion S5M-24165 in the name of Michael Russell (Doing Politics Differently – the Report of the Citizens’ Assembly of Scotland), after "pandemic" insert “; welcomes the desire shown by the Assembly for Scotland to be a leader in environmental policy and in particular its recognition that climate change is increasing the risk of further pandemics".
