Answer
The Scottish Government assesses the need for public health awareness campaigns regularly. Scottish Government officials will work closely with the Stroke Improvement Team, which provides support and guidance to Managed Clinical Networks and the National Advisory Committee for Stroke, and other stakeholders to better understand what resources may be required for 2023, including the need for funding for a FAST campaign. Information regarding the symptoms of stroke, including the FAST test, is available on NHS Inform .

To ask the Scottish Government when it expects the eight turbine jackets under construction in Harland and Wolff's Methil facility to be shipped for installation in the Neart na Gaoithe offshore wind farm in the outer Firth of Forth.
Answer
I understand that the delivery of Harland and Wolff's contract with the developers of the Neart na Gaoithe offshore wind farm for eight turbine jackets has now been reduced to four turbine jackets due to supply issues. I believe the balance of the contract will be installed next year.

To ask the Scottish Government whether Caledonian Maritime Assets Ltd will accept delivery of (a) MV Glen Sannox and (b) Hull 802 even if the vessel does not meet the contractual obligations agreed to by Ferguson Marine Engineering Ltd.
Answer
CMAL has confirmed that it is not aware of any contractual obligations that would at this time prohibit the successful handover and delivery of MV Glen Sannox and Hull 802. CMAL will only accept the vessels if they are fit for purpose.
In addition, the vessel will not be able to enter service until it has received all clearances required by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency and Class society approval from Lloyds Register.
