Guidance on Committees
This Guidance explains how Scottish Parliament committees operate in practice.
It is primarily intended as a source of reference for MSPs and Parliamentary staff but should also be useful for anyone wishing to follow committee proceedings or who wishes to contribute to the work of the committees.
