Jaw Brew Microbrewery in Milngavie, Distilling Innovation

  • Submitted by: Marie McNair, Clydebank and Milngavie, Scottish National Party.
  • Date lodged: Tuesday, 08 November 2022
  • Motion reference: S6M-06647

That the Parliament applauds award-winning Jaw Brew for its dedication to sustainability; understands that East Dunbartonshire’s only brewery focuses on quality ingredients and low food miles; further understands that spent grain is currently provided to community groups for gardening mulch and that the microbrewery has plans to expand on other uses, and celebrates what it considers to be innovative use of CO2 free kegs, and appreciates the wider community engagement with home baking, guest beers and art from local makers.
