Falkirk Church Organist Retires After 53 Years

That the Parliament congratulates Falkirk organist Bob Tait on retiring from his duties at Falkirk Trinity Church; understands that he provided outstanding organ playing at Church services for over half a century; further understands that Bob was involved in a myriad of musical organisations in the community in the 20th and 21st centuries, including the Falkirk Tryst Orchestra and Falkirk Festival Chorus; recognises the joy that music brought to Bob and the congregation at the church throughout the years, and wishes him all the very best for the future.
