Congratulations to Kelty Hearts FC

That the Parliament congratulates Kelty Hearts FC on securing promotion from the Lowland League to the Scottish Professional Football League; recognises the particular achievement of the players and manager, Barry Ferguson, in securing this success despite the absence of competitive matches between the curtailment of the league in January and the start of the play-off period; notes that Kelty Hearts won promotion to the Lowland League for season 2018-19, were declared champions in seasons 2019-20 and 2020-21, and will play in league 2 of the Scottish Football League from season 2021-22; believes this represents an historic achievement, and wishes Kelty Hearts continued success for the future.
