That the Parliament welcomes the investigative journalism carried out by the Daily Record into what it considers Scotland’s drugs crisis, and the newspaper's call for a new approach to drugs policy centred around harm reduction, improved support services and the decriminalisation of possession, and urges the Scottish and UK governments to adopt this approach to help address the reported record number of people in Scotland dying from the effects of drugs.
