That the Parliament congratulates the British para climber, Jesse Dufton, on completing and leading an ascent of the Old Man of Hoy in Orkney alongside his partner, Molly Thomson; notes that the Old Man of Hoy is 450 feet high and is one of the tallest sea stacks in the UK; acknowledges that Jesse was born with 20% central vision but that his sight has deteriorated more since birth; understands that he is the first blind climber to lead an ascent; welcomes that the climb was filmed by Alastair Lee and the intention is for this to be shown at the Brit Rock Film Tour in autumn 2019; understands that Jesse and Molly are now looking ahead to their next challenge, and wishes them the very best of luck with their future endeavours.
