Amisfield Preservation Secures Big Lottery Funding

That the Parliament congratulates Amisfield Preservation Trust on securing £74,036 from the Big Lottery Fund; understands that the group will use the funding to continue its community-based gardening project working with a range of groups in the community, including people with additional support needs, those with health issues, job seekers and local schoolchildren; notes that the five-year project will be based in Haddington, East Lothian; recognises that project activities will work towards improving participants health, wellbeing, education, skills and learning, and wishes the trust all the best with the success of the project.
