That the Parliament notes what it sees as the continued success of the Busby Hotel, including at the recent Scottish Hotel Awards at which its employees Juliet Parry won the General Manager (Small Hotel) of the Year title and Gary Quinn was named a regional winner in the Hotel Chef category and the business was awarded a commendation in the Wedding Hotel category, and commends Juliet, Gary and the rest of the hotel staff on continuing to ensure that, following a period of redevelopment, the Busby Hotel remains what it sees as one of the most highly rated hotels and restaurants in the Eastwood area.
