That the Parliament congratulates the Scottish Borders Rape Crisis Centre in Galashiels on receiving the LGBT Youth Scotland’s silver charter mark; understands that the award recognises the support that the centre offers to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender clients, and commends the centre on the vital services that it provides.
