WMQ Services in Wishaw Raise £3,800 for Orla Higgins

That the Parliament congratulates the employees of WMQ Services in Wishaw who recently climbed Tinto Hill to raise funds for Orla Higgins; understands that Orla, who is the daughter of one of the electricians at WMQ Services, was born with cerebral palsy and the funds raised will be used to purchase a specialist chair and bed, which will greatly enhance her quality of life; notes that the employees raised £2,800 with the company contributing £1,000 to bring the total to £3,800; commends the team at WMQ and all of those who contributed towards their fundraising efforts, and wishes Orla Higgins and her family the very best for the future.
