That the Parliament congratulates Greener Kirkcaldy's social enterprise community bike shop, Lang Toun Cycles, on celebrating five years on Kirkcaldy High Street; notes that nearly 4,000 bikes have been refurbished or repaired by it since its work began; believes that encouraging people to travel actively has huge benefits for health and wellbeing, the natural environment and society as a whole; welcomes its work to make cycling accessible to all in the sale of affordable, refurbished bikes, the Bairns Bike Library and the e-bike loan schemes for the public and NHS staff, and understands that these activities have saved around 64,500kg of CO2, the equivalent of taking 41 petrol cars off the road.
