As an amendment to motion S6M-19970 in the name of Shirley-Anne Somerville (Uniting Local and National Efforts Across Sectors to End Violence Against Women and Girls), insert at end "; recognises that, unless action is taken to tackle the problems of the patriarchy and of toxic masculinity, digital violence and other forms of violence against women and girls will only continue; believes that there needs to be concerted action on misogynistic behaviour online, including through schools, to protect women and girls from digital violence, and calls on the Scottish Government to ensure that specific strategies to tackle online violence are developed as part of the next refresh of Equally Safe."
