A Year of Kirkcaldy Lottery Making a Difference.

  • Submitted by: David Torrance, Kirkcaldy, Scottish National Party.
  • Date lodged: Tuesday, 16 September 2025
  • Motion reference: S6M-18917

That the Parliament celebrates that it is one year since the launch of the Kirkcaldy Lottery, which is a weekly lottery run by the Adam Smith Global Foundation; understands that, since 2024, it has delivered 14 projects, with many more in planning; congratulates the huge number of lottery winners, with the jackpot of £25,000 still to be won; notes the attractive murals along Kirkcaldy High Street that it has commissioned, which provide a visible difference to the town centre, and considers that every project sponsored by the lottery and its volunteers is for the betterment of the town.
