That the Parliament recognises the success of the Rockore Festival, which was held on 24 August 2024 at Lochore Meadows Country Park; understands that the organisers, the local Benarty Events Group, created a line-up that surpassed the popularity of previous years, including securing American rock icon, Suzi Quatro; further understands that the festival is regarded as one of the best small festivals across Scotland and the UK; recognises that the event was very well attended by over 4,000 people, including both locals and visitors; believes that this event has contributed enormously to community pride and wellbeing, as well as the local and Fife economy; thanks the event's sponsors, Cartmore Building Supplies, BRAG Enterprises Crosshill, and Rubber Stamp Promotions for helping to make the event a resounding success; commends the Benarty Events Group that organises this event and many others within the Benarty area who are all volunteers; thanks them for giving up their time to organise such an entertaining day for many, and wishes them all the very best for the future.
