Beath-Malawi Partnership Continuing to Flourish

That the Parliament commends the work of students and staff at Beath High School, Cowdenbeath, on their dedication and hard work as they continue to strengthen the school's Malawi Partnership; understands that the partnership will have been ongoing for a decade in 2025; understands that students and staff plan to visit Mpanga and Njale schools in 2025 to continue the partnership and to recognise the decade that they have been working together; further understands that Beath High School is currently providing scholarships for nine students to attend secondary school in Malawi, and is currently collecting football boots and strips to send to Malawi for the creation of a girls' football team at the local schools; thanks the students and staff for their work, and wishes them all the best for their future visit and continued work.
