That the Parliament congratulates Perthshire teenager, 16-year-old Finn Dower, on winning the World Stone Skimming Championship; notes that the Championships are held on the Hebridean isle of Easdale, with the winner being the person who can skim a stone the furthest distance following three skims; understands that spectators had come from as far afield as Australia to watch the event, and wishes Finn and the World Stone Skimming Championships all the best for the future.
