Sands, A Place By The Sea, Named Best Cafe in Central Scotland

That the Parliament congratulates Sands, A Place by the Sea, in Aberdour, on being named the Best Cafe / Bistro in Central Scotland at the Food Awards Scotland; understands that Sands opened 11 years ago, and that in the last year, it won a title at the Fife Business Awards and the national business awards; further understands that the award was dedicated, by the co-owners, to the staff members that were in attendance; encourages the local community to support local businesses like Sands; commends it for winning such a prestigious accolade, and wishes it all the very best for the future.
