That the Parliament recognises Nancy Rhouma, of Inverkeithing, on being named the first recipient of the Inverkeithing Citizen of the Year Community Award; understands that she received the honour after "many" nominations were made highlighting her efforts in the local community; notes that Nancy and her team of volunteers set up a community pantry for Inverkeithing residents at the Ballast Bank to help people in challenging times; recognises that, over the last three years, the project has grown and evolved into a community shop and a regular Wednesday café, offering a welcome space for people to socialise; congratulates Nancy on her prestigious award, and wishes her all the very best for the future.
