Safer Outer Hebrides Makes the Scottish Charity Awards Finals

That the Parliament congratulates the Western Isles Violence Against Women Partnership on being chosen as a finalist for Campaign of the Year at the Scottish Charity Awards 2023; notes that the Partnership has been recognised as a finalist for its website, Safer Outer Hebrides; notes that the website, saferouterhebrides.com, provides support and advice for anyone in the Western Isles who is experiencing domestic abuse, including children and young people who may have witnessed it, and signposts visitors to a number of essential resources for those needing help, creating what it sees as an invaluable one-stop shop; commends the Partnership for the design and usability of the website and the inclusion of safety features, and wishes it good luck for the prizegiving ceremony, which will be held in Edinburgh on 23 June.
