As an amendment to motion S6M-08954 in the name of Alex Rowley (Access to Bus Services), insert at end "; acknowledges that many island communities in Scotland use ferries in a similar way to buses; notes that those communities can also feel isolated when there are cancellations of lifeline ferry routes; acknowledges the benefits of free bus travel for under-22s; believes that young people in island communities who use inter-island ferries like buses should also receive the benefits of free travel, and calls on the Scottish Government to extend the pass to cover ferry travel for those under 22 in island communities across Scotland."
