That the Parliament congratulates the Black Isle’s Chatterbox on winning Community Newspaper of the Year at the Highlands and Islands Media Awards 2023; believes that Chatterbox plays a vital role in promoting transparency at a community level, and ensuring that local interests are represented and protected; commends its dedication to serving the needs of its community and promoting the heritage of the Black Isle, and wishes Chatterbox continued success in serving its community.
