  • Submitted by: Murdo Fraser, Mid Scotland and Fife, Scottish Conservative and Unionist Party.
  • Date lodged: Monday, 23 January 2023
  • Motion reference: S6M-07560

That the Parliament congratulates 10-year-old Carse of Gowrie schoolboy, Charlie Hay, for helping to grit paths in Inchture, the village he lives in with his parents; believes that Charlie has been clearing pavements around his neighbourhood for the last couple of years; further believes that he was recently presented with the equipment needed to become an official Perth and Kinross Council volunteer by local Conservative Councillor Angus Forbes, who described him as “an inspirational young man”, and wishes Charlie all the best for the future.
