That the Parliament congratulates Dr Moira McKenna of Dingwall, Ross-shire, on being named a Member of the British Empire (MBE) by Her Majesty the Queen in the Platinum Jubilee Honours for services to young people; understands that Dr McKenna has been a lead volunteer for Girlguiding Scotland for the past four years, and is into final year of the role; notes that she did all of this while continuing to run her own rangers unit and work as a GP, supporting the vaccination programme; commends Dr McKenna for all of her efforts, and sends very best wishes to her.
