St Fillan’s Says Farewell to its Football Coaches

That the Parliament recognises Phil Scott and Neil Boyle’s 12 years of voluntary commitment in managing St Fillan’s football B team; understands that Phil and Neil have not only worked to develop pupils’ footballing skills and help them foster a passion for the game, they have also encouraged a strong sense of fair play, teamwork and exemplary behaviour on the pitch; further understands that they have championed girls’ football with dozens of girls participating in the football training sessions, resulting in 50 pupils participating across the two mid-week sessions; commends them for their effort and successes, and wishes them well in their retirement from the St Fillan’s community.
