As an amendment to motion S6M-00046 in the name of Mercedes Villalba (Calling Out Anti-Catholic Bigotry), leave out from "as a real" to end and insert "and anti-Irish racism as a real and abhorrent problem in society; extends solidarity to people targeted by it; affirms that there is no place for hatred or violence on the streets for any reason; acknowledges the progress made in tackling hatred and bigotry through education, and calls on the Scottish Government to maintain and expand funding in this area to do more to confront and challenge all forms of prejudice and hold to account those who wilfully continue to behave in this reprehensible manner."
