To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has had any input into the G8's Secure and Facilitated International Travel Initiative (SAFTI).
Answer
The Scottish Executive has playeda full part in helping to formulate commitments the UK Government has made on counter-terrorismin the forum of the G8 in the past, including the Secure and FacilitatedInternational Travel Initiative. Work is on-going – in co-operation with the UKGovernment and our partners around the world – to fulfil these commitments.
