To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has on how rates of skin cancer in Scotland compare with the rest of the world.
The incidence rates ofmalignant melanoma of the skin and non-melanoma skin cancer in Scotland andselected countries and regions are shown in Tables 1 and 2. The figures relateto the period 1993-97, the latest period for which internationally comparableinformation is available.
