To ask the Scottish Executive what factors will determine whether a Town Centre Regeneration Fund will be provided in 2010-11.
Answer
The Town Centre Regeneration Fund was introduced for the financial year 2009-10 only, making £60 million available to town centres across Scotland. There are no current plans for further provision in 2010-11.

To ask the Scottish Executive whether it plans to evaluate the benefit and success of the Town Centre Regeneration Fund before making any decision on continuing the fund in 2010-11.
Answer
While there are currently no plans for a continuation of the fund in 2010-11, the impact of the fund will be evaluated and good practice captured.

To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-25710 by John Swinney on 4 August 2009, who arranged any meeting involving the First Minister, a minister or a substitute with the chief executive of Diageo that took place between 2 and 9 July 2009.
Answer
The First Minister asked for a meeting with Paul Walsh when he met with Diageo on Thursday 2 July, and when he spoke to Mr Walsh on the telephone later the same day. Mr Walsh agreed to meet the First Minister on his return from China.
