To ask the Scottish Government further to Nicola Sturgeon’s statement on 23 October 2012 (Official Report, c. 12406) regarding the commissioning of specific legal advice from the Law Officers on the position of an independent Scotland in the EU, on what other issues relating to independence it plans to commission such advice.
