To ask the Scottish Government, further to Fiona Hyslop's confirming on Newsnight Scotland on 15 May 2013 that the Scottish Government has now received legal advice on a separate Scotland's position in the EU, whether it will publish all correspondence between (a) ministers, (b) the Law Officers, (c) special advisers and (d) officials relating to this legal advice.

To ask the Scottish Government whether it plans to increase the penalties that can be imposed in relation to animal fights under the Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act 2006.
Answer
Penalties in relation to animal fights are imposed under the Animal Health and Welfare (Scotland) Act 2006 and there are no current plans to increase these. However, penalties for offences are kept under review.
