To ask the Scottish Government when it will report on the consultation on the Independent Living Fund.
Answer
The recent High Court judgement quashed the Westminster Government’s decision to close the Independent Living Fund (ILF). The Scottish Government is therefore unable to report on the ILF consultation at this time.
The Scottish Government will consider its next steps, including the report of the consultation, once the Department for Work Pensions make a decision on the future of ILF.
