Good morning and welcome to the 36th meeting this year of the Social Inclusion, Housing and Voluntary Sector Committee. I have received apologies from Robert Brown, Sandra White, Karen Whitefield and Keith Raffan. Johann Lamont is attending another committee meeting.

I suggest that we consider items 5, 6 and 7—further action on petitions, the drugs inquiry report and the work programme—in private. Are we agreed?
