Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017 (SSI 2017/102)

Welcome back. Agenda item 2 is consideration of subordinate legislation. Because the instrument in question has been laid under the negative procedure, its provisions will come into force unless the Parliament votes on a motion to annul it. However, no motion to annul has been lodged.
