I apologise for not starting on time. We will not make a habit of scheduling meetings to begin at 9.15.

We set the earlier start time because, for the first time, we have a heavy agenda, and so that the Deputy Minister for Justice can get away in time.

First, do we agree to consider items 3, 4 and 5—Crown Office and procurator fiscal service issues, a European briefing and lines of questioning for the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority—in private?
