5. Legislative Consent Memorandums

The Committee will consider any wider themes stemming from the Committee’s scrutiny in session 6 of delegated powers in UK Bills for UK Ministers to make secondary legislation in devolved areas, to include further consideration of the relevant aspects of the Economic Crime (Transparency and Enforcement) Bill and the Professional Qualifications Bill.
