Two Aberdeenshire West Residents Appointed New Deputy Lieutenants in Aberdeenshire

That the Parliament congratulates the seven new Deputy Lieutenants appointed to assist and support the work of the Lord-Lieutenant in Aberdeenshire; understands that two Aberdeenshire West residents, Mrs Lorna Smith and Mrs Rosemary Walker, have been appointed to the roles; recognises the valuable contributions to their local communities that Mrs Smith and Mrs Walker have made; notes what it sees as the significant role that the Aberdeenshire Lieutenancy plays in supporting His Majesty The King, and wishes all new Deputy Lieutenants the very best in their new roles.
