That the Parliament congratulates St Andrews Aquarium on the birth of a new seal pup; recognises that the aquarium’s seals are one of its longest-standing attractions; understands that the pup’s mother and her baby are both healthy and doing well; hopes that the birth will help the aquarium in its work of conservation and education, and that the pup will be a welcome addition to the more than 120 animals that it shares its home with, and anticipates the naming of the new pup.
