Lanarkshire Woman Celebrates 105th Birthday After Receiving Her First COVID-19 Vaccine

That the Parliament congratulates Catherine Thom, known as Cathy, for reaching her 105th birthday; notes that Cathy is a resident at Kirkfield House in Kirknowe Care Home, Wishaw, living there since she was 102 years old; further notes that since being born on 14 December 1916, Cathy has lived through two World Wars, Spanish Flu, Hong Kong Flu and now COVID-19; understands that Cathy celebrated her birthday by receiving her first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, which allowed her to celebrate her birthday in the Care Home with her relatives, and further understands that the staff members of the Care Home arranged an entertainer for Cathy on her birthday to make her day feel as close to normal as possible.
