That the Parliament congratulates Zaynah Sattar and Zainab Adeleye (Glasgow Southside), Fatemah Ghanem and Daniella Faakor Damptey (Glasgow Kelvin), Holly Gallagher and Abid Zaman (Glasgow Anniesland), Daniel Molloy and Esperanza Giesen (Glasgow Provan), Urooj Chaudhary and Zaid Sheikh (Glasgow Pollok), Hayden Atkin and Isla Douglas (Glasgow Maryhill and Springburn) and Ellie Craig and Daisy Stewart Henderson (Glasgow Cathcart), on being elected to the Scottish Youth Parliament (SYP); notes that the members will be engaging in SYP campaigns and participating in SYP sittings, which happen three times per year, and believes that the activities are important for youth groups in the Glasgow area, ensuring that young people’s views are voiced and represented at a national level.
