Scotland to Co-host the 2030 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup

That the Parliament welcomes the recent announcement by the International Cricket Council (ICC) that Scotland, along with England and Ireland, will host the 2030 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup following a competitive bidding process; acknowledges that the tournament will be the first major cricket event hosted in Scotland since the 1999 World Cup, and looks forward to seeing Cricket Scotland, the England and Wales Cricket Board, Cricket Ireland and the ICC working closely together to finalise arrangements for the competition.
