Katie Archibald from Milngavie Wins Gold in First Ever Women’s Madison Final at Olympics

That the Parliament congratulates Katie Archibald from Milngavie on winning gold at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in the first ever cycling track women’s Madison final; understands that the event saw pairs of riders from 15 nations rack up points through sprints, while covering 30km in 120 laps of the velodrome; notes that this is Katie’s second Olympic gold, and third medal in total, and applauds her and her cycling partner for this brilliant achievement.
