National Lottery Award for Baby Loss Retreat

That the Parliament congratulates Julie Morrison of Baby Loss Retreat, a charity based in Coatbridge, on being crowned the winner of the charity and community category at the 2021UK-wide National Lottery Awards; recognises the award as a prestigious accolade where judges have awarded this project in recognition of its work in supporting parents and families who have been affected by miscarriage, stillbirth and neonatal death; notes that the charity provides weekend retreats for bereaved parents, which allows families to grieve while providing counselling and support, which is in greater demand than ever this year; welcomes its goal of expanding its work to be UK-wide, and wishes all at Baby Loss Retreat the very best.
