  • Date lodged: Wednesday, 20 January 2021
  • Motion reference: S5M-23918

That the Parliament congratulates the Rangers Supporters Erskine Appeal (RSEA) on raising £1 million for Erskine since 2007; understands that the money raised has contributed to various projects for residents living in the four care homes that are operated by the veterans’ charity, including sporting memories, reminiscence bridge activities  and namaste rooms, acknowledges the great deal of effort went into organising the various events that helped raise this remarkable sum; thanks all those involved in the appeal, particularly the RSEA Secretary, Tom Clark from Kilsyth, and Murray Roxburgh from Ardrossan, and wishes the RSEA continued future success.
