That the Parliament welcomes the announcement that the MV Hamnavoe is to be fitted with an all access changing places toilet to provide the facilities required to provide dignity to all passengers; considers that this will open up the Scrabster-Stromness route to passengers of all abilities and needs, and praises the work of PAMIS (Promoting A More Inclusive Society) for its work with the ferry operator, NorthLink, on this project.
