That the Parliament congratulates Ruby Dailly from Neilston on her starring role in the John Lewis 2019 Christmas advert; understands that the advert follows Ava, played by Ruby, who is aged 10 and a Neilston Primary School pupil, and her friendship with an accident-prone dragon, Excitable Edgar; notes that the advert highlights the importance of inclusion and acceptance at Christmas, ending with the tagline, “show them how much you care”; commends Ruby on this achievement and for bringing an early sense of Christmas spirit to the local area, and wishes her all the best for the future.
