Lewis Capaldi, Number One in America

That the Parliament congratulates Lewis Capaldi, who is from Whitburn, on becoming the first Scottish solo singer since Sheena Easton in 1981 to top the US singles chart with his hit, Someone You Loved; notes that this is the latest in a list of successes for the West Lothian singer, and looks forward to more hits from this Scottish superstar.
