That the Parliament congratulates the Govan Boxing Centre on receiving £500 from the Asda Foundation; notes that the club is committed to improving the lives of people, promoting health and wellbeing and encouraging community participation; understands that this includes offering classes for children aged from seven, mixed-adult and ladies-only classes and free classes for people on low incomes; notes that it aims to improve fitness, teach boxing skills and support people who wish to progress further in the sport at an amateur or professional level, and commends its coaches and volunteers on their commitment to continuing the success of the club and supporting its attendees' personal growth and development.
