That the Parliament commends Dreghorn Primary School for installing buddy benches in the playground; understands that any child in need of a friend can sit on one of the benches where other children can go to chat or play with them; notes that the benches were installed to tackle feelings of pupil isolation or loneliness and to help children who find it difficult to make friends; congratulates the head teacher, Gregory Todd, staff and pupils for this enterprising idea, and wishes them every success for the future.
